CONSULTATION- Customer contacts legends by phone appointment or in person appointment. This helps explain and answer a lot of concerns and questions customer may have. Important to gather customer information prior to the fitting process, so that time is concentration on player fitting.(15-30 min)

IRON P.P.S.- This fitting is called Performance Profile System. We are creating a shaft flex profile for a set of irons. We do this using a set of calibrated irons: 5 irons, 7 irons, and 9 irons. This way we cover a long iron, mid iron and short iron. These clubs are std. length , loft and lie angle. The only difference is shaft frequency (cpm). There is an eight cpm change in each iron group for example: eight different flexing 9 irons, 7irons, and 5 irons. Small groups are formed in each iron group then measured on the launch monitor. A pattern forms and we begin to map out the profile for the set. We measure for length, loft, and lie angle. Shafts are chosen for the next step, or specific heads and shafts. (1.5 hrs)

DRIVER LAUNCH P.- This fitting is called Driver Launch Profile. We can fit any existing driver for a shaft. We can also build a driver with the proper head and shaft combination. All this information is gathered from the launch monitor and seeing how the customers swing reacts to different shaft types. Shafts and heads are chosen for the next step. (30-45 min)

FAIRWAY LAUNCH P. – This fitting is called Fairway Launch Profile. This fitting session is just like the Driver Launch P., but shafts for fairway wds can be quite different from Driver shafts. Head style and loft can be just as sensitive than the shaft. (30-45 min)

HYBRID LAUNCH P. - This fitting is called Hybrid Launch Profile. Similar fitting session and can be combined with the driver or fairway sessions. There are two types of hybrids: fairway hybrid and iron hybrid. The iron hybrid is the most popular. This popularity allows for more shafts to pick and choose from. We can now adjust for more flight patterns. Again head style and loft are sensitive along with shaft weight and bend profile. (add 30 min)

DEMO CLUBS/SHAFT BUILD- This process relates to the Iron P.P.S. fitting. We will build 2-3 different demo 7 irons with two different shaft types. It is possible customer may have 6 demo 7 irons to try. The reason for this is each head style has a shaft chosen for the customer to determine the best combination. We will do as shaft build demo for the customer that wants to reshaft their existing set. This means 2 demo shafts picked for the head style. One goes in a 6 iron, the other goes in a 7iron. All demo clubs are built for each specific customer.

DEMO HEAD/SHAFT BUILD- This process relates to Driver,Fairway,and Hybrid Profile. We will build 1-2 demo drivers with recommended shafts. We will do a demo shaft build for the customer that wants their existing driver rebuilt. This process applies to fairway wds, and hybrids. The goal is to find the correct combination for each customer.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP FOR DEMO- This is time for the customer to do some work!
We want each customer to practice and play these demo clubs. It is very important for this trial and not to go for the impulse decision. This process should take between 1-3 weeks. Weather and schedules are always a factor.

DEMO FOLLOW UP TEST- Now it is time to schedule an appointment for a launch analysis to see which demo combination is the best. In some cases the customer has chosen the demo of choice, but it does not hurt to confirm results. (30-40 min)

ORDER/BUILD FINAL CONFIGURATION- Now it is time we order in the proper materials and craft the set or individual golf club. We pride ourselves on the detail put into each club or set. The quality of work is the quality of time we spend with the customer and every club made.(3-7 bus days)

DELIVER FINAL PRODUCT- Finally, the customer is contacted for pick-up. All launch fitting print outs and P.P.S. charts will be available with the invoice. For the iron set process, we recommend a dynamic lie angle check once the customer breaks in the set. Always contact us with any questions or check ups.
